I had a lot of trouble trying to get this picture exactly the way I wanted it. The camera wouldn't focus on the girls so I had to go with manual focus. My lens is pointing through a cheer megaphone. I have been so busy with other stuff I haven't had a lot of time for the creative things i should be doing.

tennis faces
I shot tennis for the first time and it was harder than I thought it was going to be. I had trouble trying to get a picture without the net in it because the coaches would only let me step in by the gate. But i love the faces they make when they are playing.

Fail.
at the homecoming pep rally the maids were coming out from behind a curtain...I had the idea to shoot from behind and 'look at it this way'. This was the only half way decent shot I got from the entire night. It would be a really good picture except for the fact that his head is cut off from the curtain.....

I killed my flash and had my camera set to high speed shooting where it would continuously shoot

Homecoming Game
Mr. Smith let me use his wide angle lens to shoot from behind the maids. I really like the color of the sky and how you can see the crowd. I was supposed to be laying on the 50 shooting up at them. That would have looked a lot better, but i like this too.

T-High had just made a touchdown and Mr. Smith told me to keep shooting because i might get a celebration shot. I love this picture!

I had tried to get this shot at the freshman game, but it looked empty because no one was in the stands. I tried to get it again.

This picture was taken after the game. All of our guys were very dissapointed they lost because they were ahead for most of the game. Mrs. Waldrep is always there for them.

80s day
iso-250

shutter speed- 1/125
On 80s day a lot of girls wore tutus. I wanted to do a cute picture of just the tutus. A brick wall is always used and its really plain and boring, but at school there wasn't much else to chose from because it was raining. I should've had them all face me, but i thought it turned out pretty cute.

first football game
My forst football game went surprisingly well. I know I have ALOT to improve on though. I shot the freshman football game and it was 5:30 so the sun was going down and I had to keep adjusting my iso because the light kept changing.

I want to take this same picture but at a varsity football game where the stands are full.
